OUR SHORT STORY CONTEST CLOSES ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1ST

We are looking for groundbreaking voices in all genres of fiction.

The Writers Mastermind short story contest is for writers of all levels and all genres except children’s books and erotica.

1st prize – $100 Amazon Gift Card or Cash and a free spot in the Writers’ Mastermind for 6 months.

2nd prize – $50 Amazon Gift Card or Cash and a free spot in the Writers’ Mastermind for 3 months.

3rd prize – $25 Amazon Gift Card or Cash and a free spot in the Writers’ Mastermind for 1 month.

Open to writers of all levels and all fiction genres worldwide, excluding children’s and erotica.
Short stories must be in English.
Entry is free, and all rights to the short story remain the property of the author.
Stories must be from 1,000-5,000 words.
One entry is allowed per person.
Stories will be judged by an anonymous panel.
Top 5 entries will be published on our site and promoted on our social media and email list.
Chapters and excerpts are not permitted. Complete short stories only.
Previously published stories are acceptable if author has rights to republish.
Failure to meet requirements will result in disqualification.
